Kunal Kapoor (actor)

Kunal Kapoor is a former Indian film actor.
Kapoor made his debut with the 1972 English-language film ''Siddhartha''. He then appeared in Shyam Benegal's 1978 film ''Junoon''. In 1981 he appeared in his first mainstream Bollywood film titled ''Ahista Ahista'' opposite Padmini Kolhapure. In 1982 he appeared in ''Vijeta''. After that he appeared in the art films ''Utsav'' (1984) and ''Trikal'' (1985). In 1987, Kapoor set up his own company, Adfilm-Valas, and started producing and directing television commercials. Adfilm-Valas has also line-produced for many international feature films and adfilms shot in India. Notably, the credit sequence of the film ''City of Joy'', and the French films ''Le Cactus'' (2005) and ''Fire in Paradise''.
